Couriers Quest

This work is from Couriers Quest a Action/Adventure RPG. I worked with Valhallan Studios to create this game as a Level Designer. The first few images are part of the 1st level of a cave. I designed a cave in a tunnel like structure to give emphasis on the boss you reach at the end of the level because he is a snake. I also asset dressed the cave with custom assets from the art team. The level I created focuses on leading the player to grab their first power up and introducing them to some combat challenges to then reach their biggest challenge yet the first boss. I also designed the boss room to give the player flexibility on using range or close combat.
The next few images are the 2nd level after defeating the first boss which is a forest level. I designed the first paths the player takes to experience the breathtaking environment with a few combat challenges on the way until they reach the village. I asset dressed the paths to lead the player on the golden path.
